Maison Siubaeff – Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Siubaeff, every product is made to order. Because our garments are produced individually for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, or change of mind.

Please review our policy below before placing an order.

 

 

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of fit, style, or colour

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Any issue not caused by a production error

All orders are created on demand. This policy follows industry standards for custom and made-to-order products.

 

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once your claim is verified, we will provide one of the following at no cost:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund for the affected item

Maison Siubaeff reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies for replacement or refund.

 

 

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this time, production has already begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

 

 

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays or issues caused by the courier

  • Returned-to-sender items

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

 

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier directly.

We cannot provide refunds for packages marked as delivered.
