At Maison Siubaeff, every item is made individually to order.

This ensures premium quality, sustainability, and limited-edition craftsmanship.

Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

 


 

1. Order Processing Times

All Maison Siubaeff products are produced on demand.

Production time:

3–7 business days (average)

During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

 


 

2. Shipping Times (Estimated)

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

United States:

3–7 business days

United Kingdom:

2–5 business days

European Union:

4–10 business days

Canada:

5–12 business days

Australia & New Zealand:

7–15 business days

Rest of World:

7–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes provided by our shipping partners. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery country

  • Shipping method

  • Weight and size of items

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may update after 24–48 hours depending on the carrier.

 


 

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Maison Siubaeff is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted or refunded.

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, neighbours, and building management

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the delivery status

Maison Siubaeff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

We will assist if possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

 


 

7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Maison Siubaeff cannot control or estimate these charges

Orders refused due to customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

 


 

8. Multiple Items in One Order

Because items are made to order and may ship from different production partners, you may receive multiple packages.

Each package will have its own tracking number.

 


 

9. Delayed Shipments

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Maison Siubaeff cannot control delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday surges

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Local postal service disruptions

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

 


 

10. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 20 business days for US orders

  • 30 business days for international orders
